This year's Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Tuesday 30 September 2025 at Southend Hospital's Education Centre. The AGM is split into two parts, the Marketplace and the AGM:
3pm — Marketplace (Education Centre ground floor)
Everyone is welcome to attend the marketplace event, where hospital departments at Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust will be showcasing their services and sharing exciting updates from the past year. If you’re only coming to the marketplace, there is no need to register – just drop-in between 3pm and 5pm.
5.15pm — formal AGM (Lecture theatre)
There will be spaces for people to sit in the lecture theatre.
There will be presentations by Trust executives and guest speakers, with an update from Governors.
