Remote working access

Staff can access their desktop and files from home through our CITRIX remote access portal - https://msenhs.cloud.com/. Please download the guide below for help or contact the IT Service Desk if you need any assistance.

Accessing your emails

You can access your NHS.net emails at any time, using any device via https://email.nhs.net/owa.

Self-Service Portal

Elevate – eLearning and development 

To access Elevate for all your learning and development activities and courses, visit https://elevate.mse.nhs.uk.  You will find instructions of how to log on by following the link.

Intranet

You can now access our intranet on your personal device! Visit MSE Intranet and login using your domain and username, for example:

  • RQ8\john.smith
  • SOUTHEND-NHS\john.smith
  • BASILDON\john.smith

Your password is the one you use to logon to your work computer.

You will need to do this every time you log in from a personal device.

If you reach the intranet and are greeted with the ADFS login screen, use your nhs.net email address and your work computer password. Then please complete the security question and press 'login'.

Rostering
