To help us understand how we are doing, we use the Friends and Family test to ask patients how they felt they were cared for. Below is a testimonial from one of our patients:
Braintree Hospital looks clean, fresh, great bread pudding in the cafe! All staff welcoming, friendly, efficient from the 7am reception inside the main entrance to the ward staff, anaesthetists and consultants. Kind and attentive. Free parking! Like a holiday, really. I found the ward cold but if Id brought a cardigan Id have been fine.
