Your poster should expand on your submitted abstract. Please structure your poster to include the following sections:

• Background
• Methods
• Outcomes
• Discussion/Conclusion
• References (up to 3, cited using Vancouver or Harvard style)

Please also follow the formatting requirements below:

• Orientation and size: Portrait, A1 (594 x 841 mm / 23.39 x 33.11 inches)
• Font: Arial, Calibri or Times New Roman, minimum size 24 for body text and minimum size 36 for headings
• Word count: 500 words is suggested but not a strict guideline
• Images and graphics: Use charts, images or graphics to display data where possible (minimum 200 dpi)
• Authors: The names of all authors and co-authors must be clearly displayed
• File format: PDF
• File name: Save your file as your full name (e.g. John Smith.pdf)

Audio presentation

All poster presenters must submit a 2-minute audio recording to accompany their poster. In your recording, please briefly introduce your project, explain why it is relevant for medical education, summarise your key findings, and highlight what you feel makes your work stand out. Think of it as a concise walk-through of your poster for someone encountering it for the first time.

• Format: MP3 audio file
• Duration: No longer than 2 minutes
• File name: Save your file as your full name (e.g. John Smith.mp3)
